Waqas Mahmood is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Center for Quantum Technology at the School of Physics at the Beijing Institute of Technology. He completed his PhD in Theoretical Physics from the School of Physics, Beijing Institute of Technology [BIT]. Prior, he worked as a Lab Instructor in the Laboratory of Physics, Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). Before joining LUMS, he worked in the Faculty of Engineering Sciences (FES), Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI), as a Scientific Officer.
